I dont write hardly ever. But I felt inclined because I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of Customer service with this company. I was very pleased with my quote. The morning of, I text to confirm an hour before the appt and she said that she had a family emergency and needs to reschedule. I messaged her over a week later, no response. A few days later I message again asking when she is free, she said she will get back to me. Days later, I have to message again, she again says she will get back to me. Its now been over a week and nothing. I have never had such a hard time, even if she scheduled 3 weeks out that is fine I would have just liked a response, perhaps she is too busy and doesnt need my business
