I called David on a recommendation from a friend. The next day David came in cleaned and inspected everything, bought and installed the part within an hour and I had heat again for a true value. He was kind, professional and I can HIGHLY recommend him.

Best experience I ever had. Professional, considerate, and best of all, honest. I needed a heater cleanout. I have a technical and mechanical backgound, and I've had bad experiences with the larger, more popular franchise chains with inexperienced techs. I never get the same person twice, and they always push for contracts. After hearing good things about David from my neighborhood message board, I looked at his reviews and gave him a call. I wasn't disappointed. He was on time, respected my home, and made sure I knew what he was doing and why - very much unlike they others. That may not be important to some, but it is to me. He showed me pictures he took from under my 10 year old Bryant 96% efficiency furnace. Unfortunately for me, the secondary heat exchanger was starting to fail already - apparently a common issue on this model. Not familiar with what that meant, he explained it all in simple terms. In fact, he even went to great lengths on his own time later that day to pursue my warranty claim for me! Long story short, they wouldn't cover the warranty because "it wasn't bad yet." David showed me what to keep an eye on. I had more time before the exchanger became and issue and dangerous. In fact, it lasted two more years before I had it replaced with a York furnace.
