Scott quickly found and solved our problem. He even managed to keep the cat out of the basement. Thank You! Update 4/8/24 - Marty kept the cat out too. And fixed our (self inflicted) problem. Got keep up with filter changes and keep the air returns open. Service: Heating system repair

I had a problem with my furnace humidifier (Aprilaire) leaking. It was a bit pricey, however the job was completed and I suppose in today's market was reasonable. I wish to highlight that the service tech was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. (Scott) cleaned up the site and was very personable, fully explaining my options of repair and the final charges. Betlem should be extremely proud to have such an employee!

Had to have furnace and A/C replaced. Price was competitive, but more importantly the product is excellent and the installers - Justin and Jesse - and the Supervisor -Lanny - were not only experienced pros, they were also really nice people. We were very satisfied with their exceptional work. Special shout out to Ben who came out to check on our water heater when there was a small issue - at no cost. Class guys all around and great business.
