        No small hand soap for ur hands in bathroom. Had a 6 am flight so was diagnosed with options for breakfast.

        A very clean room that was a little noisy from the airport, but thats to be expected. Nothing outstanding but delivered what we were there for breakfast in the morning was fine.

        The hotel is in "acceptable" shape for a Best Western. There was no bottled water in any machine or the front desk. The service was good. The breakfast was good. The rooms are nice enough, but if you are looking for luxury or new/modern this is not for you. There are no USB ports, and very few plugs. There is only 1 small elevator on one side of the building, and parking is very tight.

        The staff and location were wonderful. We were looking for a stay near ROC airport. I read some reviews that made me think twice. But based on what we needed and the cost, we went for it. After our stay, I think the bad reviews sound like Karen Snowflakes that think they entitled to Trump Towers. Each time that I walked to front desk (twice after midnight) there was a helpful associate within sight. The room was clean, and otherwise exactly what should expect for the price. No regrets. If you want a $300 per night room then go pay for it.
