        We had a very negative experience with this company. They were more than helpful when we first contacted them about an inherited IRA. Later, when they found out we were moving the money to another firm, they became MUCH less helpful and decidedly less friendly. Communication was spotty and a substantial charge suddenly “showed up” for moving our money. My father had been a faithful customer of Mark Pallazolo and Ameriprise for many years and considered him a friend. I know he would have been extremely ashamed and angry of how they have treated us, his children, subsequent to his passing.
