        My employer changed their payroll from another bank to this bank. Although I have been banking elsewhere for decades I absolutely love their customer service. If it were not for having a very long standing account I would consider switching over.

        I opened my account in Batavia in 2015 and even though I now live in Penfield I have keep my account and deal with the branch on Monroe avenue. I could deal with several banks closer to where I live, but because of the excellent service, the great response and how they are always so pleasant and helpful I would never change. I have dealt with many banks over the years this is truly the best of the best. Thank you for always being there.

        I stop by every month to take care of my rent and the workers here are great. Always kind and do a good job. The bank itself has also worked well for me for a couple of years now.
