        The account manager was very helpful at the W. Broad Street location. He was patient with me when I had to update my contact information and showed me how to download the app, which was more user-friendly on a smartphone than the website Even though I have everything at my fingertips, I will still go into the branch for a pleasant experience. Making auto loan payments used to be stressful but not anymore!
