        Bank is great but customer service sucks. They talk to you like you are a criminal. They don't understand that banks are on the downfall. Fire the lady behind the counter.

        Though some of the problems I am having with them are, admittedly, my fault...they just mysteriously were putting my check deposits on hold. Originally, I was told that this was not new. I deposited a check yesterday with zero issues. Deposited a check today and it was held. I now found out the reason behind this. But I was never told that in the first place. And the bank manager was horrible. Ultimately my issue was resolved but, she was not pleasant to work with and definitely not trying to help me.Terrible customer service. I was told that I could not talk with the higher ups for this institution.... because "you can't"...I'd like to remind this credit union.... that it is a credit union and therefore owned by members...
