Dr Sarnov is a great dr. I wish he was still my dr but they discharged me after alleging I had three no shows, said I couldnt come back AND asked me to pay $50? This was a few months back but Im just now getting around to writing a review. I only had one actual no show. My name is so common I cant help but to think either the computer merged my profile with someone else or whoever makes the notes entered into the wrong profile or scheduled appointments under the wrong person. Im young and only had 4 appointments here and missed one, I dont need the dr enough to have missed three appointments. Edit: I have proof I only ever scheduled 4 appointments and made it to three of them

Dr. Sarnov is the best doctor out there. Whether you're new or already in Rochester, definitely recommend going to him. He is very understanding, compassionate, and will listen to all of your problems. He's always went above and beyond with educating me on everything too. The staff there is great too and are constantly answering my questions if I need anything!

Being seen timely is something that is very important to me when selecting a physician. Dr. Sarnov is consistently on time with appointments, and still takes the time to provide appropriate and thorough care. I feel positively about the care I receive, and have had only pleasant and professional interactions with office staff. Thank you very much, Harmony Health team!
