We recently hired Rochester Door Co. to replace the entrance door of our commercial building. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with them, Sharon made sure our order was filled in a timely fashion, the installer did an awesome job, we are more than happy with their sales and service, I recommend this company for any repair or replacement needed for residential or commercial.

My garage door opener's gear kit broke, and the chain was loose. I received two recommendations for Rochester Door Company. Wednesday morning, I made a call to make an appointment. Friday afternoon's early arrival of the tech resulted in an hour of completion. incredibly happy with his work. Would advise anyone in my area who is having problems with their garage door openers and replacment!

Yesterday evening, our garage door broke, so we called them this morning. expected to wait a few days? No, six hours later they arrived at our place. Tech was excellent. Thankfully, they were accessible to solve the issue because we were concerned about a potential entrance into our garage. I appreciate you very much!

Within a few days, the men arrived for a non-emergency fix. The expert took all reasonable measures to keep costs to a minimum and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Additionally, they couldn't have been friendlier. Would recommend to anyone.
