Have been being seen here for the last 8 months. It hasn't been a positive experience, I notice the notes they take down arent accurate for example I quit smoking 60 days ago and in my notes Dr puts down 9 months. I feel like nobody cares to listen. No medication for a repeat issue. Going to get another opinion in another city because clearly this place is over worked. The PA cares more than the Drs if your lucky enough to see one.

Hold time to make an appointment is absurd, never get my actual doctor, usually a PA or APRN which is unacceptable due to the seriousness of my medical history. The last straw, my stress test moved to telehealth and called a "follow up "was at 845am. They called 45 mins later when I was unavailable. Two rude messages on my machine and a my care summary stating that I was a no show. Asked that it be removed so it would not look like noncompliance and it was denied (there's no way to take it out of your file now) is what I was told. Unbelievably unprofessional.
