I made an appointment for my 94 year-old grandmother to see Dr. Rich in the summer of 2021 to help deal with her vascular dementia following multiple strokes. The introductory appointment was a long one, with both a nurse and then Dr. Rich performing assessments on my grandmother. It is very easy to tell that Dr. Rich not only takes what he does very seriously, but that he approaches his work with significant passion and interest. It's made clear by his ability to describe the issues a patient is having, what appears to be causing them, and how the intended treatment will workall in a way that is easily digested by a curious layperson. I had no trouble relaying what he explained about my grandmother to my other relatives. Furthermore, the treatment he prescribed appeared to pay dividends quickly. If my grandmother had not suffered an unrecoverable stroke a few months later, I believe she may have had a decent chance at regaining more function. Regardless I have already and will continue to suggest Dr. Rich for anyone facing similar issues.
