My mother gets frequent UTI's, about once every 6 weeks. She can only take about 2 antibiotics due to allergies, so what they have to prescribe is pretty straight-forward and they prescribe the same med each time. EVERY time I call to obtain a lab order, so we can start antibiotics to get her comfortable, it takes them at least 2 days to send the lab request, then another 1 to 2 days to get the meds. Meanwhile, my mom is suffering, unnecessarily, for several days. I would think this is a common ailment and routine. They need a more efficient system for basic care.

Been a patient at Unity Geriatrics for almost two decades and I am very happy with the care I receive here! I highly recommend this practice for all your healthcare needs! Timely and efficient staff from the office and nursing group to the doctors! Appointments are typically satisfied the same day! No complaints from me! Gratefully Marie Long

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible. My father has been so sick, these so called people who call themselves PAs SUCK!! My father had phenomena and these people failed to call him from the xrays. We had to go to urgent care 5 days later. Then the PA said well hes getting treated now. Ignoring the fact that they pushed him aside. They also failed to see the growth on his lungs. Urgent care found it. I wish I knew who I can get in touch with to demand proper patent care!!
