I rented an apartment from Dave on a month to month basis with no contract. Within the year that I was there the apartment had many issues that I notified Dave about. The previous tenants had large dogs and the carpet was destroyed, the one bathroom had no door on it, there were zero smoke detectors and there were holes in the cupboard walls, and so I took it upon myself to correct these issues as he didnt fix them. He used cheap, backwood people to fix the issues which created more. The toilet was leaking and his handyman came in to fix it. The handyman caused even more of an issue. My husband and I left for work and the toilet, that was fixed, leaked all day causing the cheap wood floor to warp and you were unable to open the door. We took the door off so that we could still access the facilities. Upon moving out in the letter he sent, he then charged me for the bathroom door repair, to replace smoke detectors, the carpet that was previously destroyed, the repairs to the walls and for cleaning. This man is a slum lord beyond belief and I would not recommend his homes to anyone. Think twice before answering any of this mans ads on any social media
