Ryan at Crossroads responded to my phone call right away when my laptop was hacked. He saw me that day, I had the laptop back the next day cleared of Malware. Ryan is great Ive been a customer for him for years now! It started with my first labtop needing extra memory and he setup a extended as card and my labtop work great aftherwards then new new labtop received water damage or juice damage and he repaired that also.

I called 5 different places. Ryan was the first to mention his name when the phone got picked up. Its the little details. If you want to feel like a consumer and a strictly transactional service go ahead and quote shop. If you want to feel like youre talking to a person, Ryan was amicable but not chatty and his quote and turnaround was the cheapest and fastest. Only downside: downtown parking.
