Child Care Council Inc

I love the childcare council, as a provider I feel supported and guided through the licensing process. I also feel they are very helpful with helping me maintain a quality program. The quality of customer service is really Dependent on each individual. Some are very unpleasant and have no desire to be helpful or resourceful and some Are very pleasant, helpful and kind. Recently just spoke to a women named McKayla at the front desk. She was quick to interrupt me, transfer me and to brush off every question. In the middle of me asking for resources to improve my program. Its a Monday I get it, but I truly believe a pleasant demeanor goes a long way. I hope I get to speak to someone much more helpful in the future.
