The staff is very rude and unprofessional and to be totally honest I dont feel comfortable after what happened today to have my care in theyr hands. I called office first thing when they opened and stressed to them that I have discomfort in my chest. The secretary took information and said shell leave message with nurse and she will call back asap. Elena the nurse called around 9:20 am and at that time I was on a conference call, so I had to call back which was 10 minutes after at 9:30. Gave her name but front desk secretary told me once again shell leave her message, which I didnt understand why she couldnt put me to the back seeing how it was only 10 mins later. Long story short I waited until 2:00 no call back so I had called again, another secretary answered and was very rude and said they will call you they have the message. I then proceeded to say well I know youre going to be closing soon, so are you sure theyre gonna be calling me back and maybe I can just make an appointment. She proceeded To say thats not up to me its up to the Nurse and like I said shell call you back very rudely. So then, once again, I waited until 330 because I knew they were closing called again. They said you already called we have your message back there you need to wait I said, but youre closing soon Im just concerned nobodys going to call me back she said they will call you once theyre done. So basically, it is now 536. I never got a call back the office is closed and there was a nurse on call but didnt belong to the office. I told her the situation she was rude. Her name was Kathy. She told me theres nothing I can do. The office is closed so then you just need to go to the emergency I said so I waited all day for someone to tell me that I said I would like to talk to the doctor on call she would not even take my name or number. Would not let me talk to Dr on call. She said you dont need to talk to the doctor Im telling you what you should do , and basically it got a little heated. She ended up hanging up on me!! Because I had said to her what if this was your mother and she called her doctor with chest pain how would you feel and thats when she hung up? I do not recommend this office to anyone especially if you want good care, professional care and a carrying office staff I dont recommend.

Nurse called my name. Didnt say a word that she didnt have to say. I had a very difficult time finding her as she walked so far ahead of me, I couldnt see which patient room she went to. Later, while checking out, same nurse calls another patient and introduces herself and says welcome to the patient. While checking out, I scheduled the stress test the doctor ordered. It was scheduled for two weeks from today. The doctor ordered a follow up for three months. This is ridiculous!!!! Who wants or needs to wait 3 months for the results of a stress test???? Im pretty sure they discriminated against me (yes discrimination can happen to anyone. Im Caucasian. Or they are just so terribly incompetent and uncaring that they inadvertently discriminate against their patients. I will never go back to them!!! EVER!

Waited months for my appointment, took off work, drove from out of town, then sat for an hour in the waiting room before front desk called me up to tell me the doctor I was scheduled to see wasn't even there that day. No phone call, no text, no MyCare message, nothing. They couldn't have at least told me when they checked me in? Just laughable incompetence. Good luck if you're a patient here.

I hope that someone steps in and monitors the calls between those that make appointments and patients. You have a very nasty worker on your hands who talks to individuals sarcastically and wish huge disrespect. Hire people that actually care about others and treat them with kindness.
