        The evening before our appointment we received a text on the Sears thread saying our appointment had not been verified and would be cancelled if we did not press the numeral one. There was no option to press one. On our phone, it took me an hour, due to all of Sears numeric choices, before I got to speak to a live person to verify the appointment.
