        It is very nice to live here. The walls are thick and the cost is very good. The apartments are very comfy and nice.

        Normandie Apartments has been very good to us for the past year we lived here. We moved from out-of-state and are very glad we chose here. Erin and Melissa care very much about the tenants. The apartments are nice and rent is not overpriced like other areas. The parking lot is safe, has access-control, and has a security guard at night. The mailroom and Amazon Locker are extremely useful. The apartments are very nice and walls are thick so we can't hear neighbors.

        Great place to live! Most bang for your buck! Off street parking is priceless and a guest pass. Water and heat included in rent. Your in a great area of the city as well. The management is great they make everything easier!

      The Normandie building has a long-standing history. Once operating as a glamorous hotel during the Old Hollywood era in the 1930s, the Normandie has earned its reputation as a notable relic of Rochester. We think it's part of what makes the Normandie such a great place to live, so we've preserved the building's original architecture and character, yet thoroughly upgraded our units with high-end appliances, flooring, countertops, fixtures, and finishes to bring you an exceptional living experience. No two units are the same at the Normandie - each apartment has a unique layout and design to suit your preferences and needs.
