These apartments are pricy considering the on-going issue with mice! they are aware of the issue for years but still hasnt corrected the problem.
they entice renters by making the place look nice but once your in be prepared for rodents!
Honestly, who wants to pay over a thousand dollars for a mice infested building.

We've been here for almost 5 years...It is a great location, the new management is so much more responsive, friendly, and actually cares about the residents. The old management was pretty bad, I think that is why the lofts have such a low rating. The new management keeps things really clean, and they are very helpful. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because we can't open our windows more than 6 inches and there are no screens. However, the windows are beautiful and are part of what we love about it here. The appliances are pretty nice, except the washer dryer combination. We dry almost everything, the dryer takes so long to cycle, and seems to be pretty rough on the clothes. We are really happy here and would recommend it to any of our friends if you are looking for a place downtown.
