The therapist I have is extremely unhelpful and has no intention of listening and helping! Absolutely terrible

If I could give this place no stars I would. The woman that worked at the front desk was very rude to me, always talking to me is a stern and scolding tone when I came to visit. The therapist that I had was also very rude to me and blamed me for problems in my life I could not control. I don't recommend this place at all

a friend of mine thought she was in a safe space to share a very personal experience, but she had CPS called on her instead. The case was dismissed and she never went back, unable to trust them again.

This was a pretty awful experience. During my evaluation, the Dr. Chuckled at a few of my answers. I do not feel this was meant to be malicious in any way, however its not easy for a person to bear themselves to a Stanger. I'd recommend that you be a bit more thoughtful going forward. I big issue seems to be as soon as I canceled my appoiments, they treated them as missed and even made an appointment on my my chart that I did not attend. I am dealing with the charge for the initial evaluation as the name of the doctor and service I received to not match who I meant with and what for. Looking at other reviews and my own experience I would strongly recommend against seeing help from these facility at the moment. there are other locations to help you get the help you need, do not put yourselves through more mental strain while already dealing with other things.
