They sold me knock off raw products, a laced flavored vape as well as throwing me out for being it to the managers attention. The manager Ali was very rude an unprofessional to a customer as well as trying to use his size to silence me when in regards he only pissed me off more to actually right a review!!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I spend atleast $75-$120 here a week for the last 2 years. Went in and the guy who used to work in the front, the taller gentleman with glasses whos always wearing dope caps and jerseys, used to help me hes the reason I became a regular always gave me top notch service. I went in a couple of times he wasnt there I walk out well today I find out they let him go?!? He was the only one who knew what they were doing, thats very disappointing I will no longer be coming to this shop anymore. The customer service I got from him was bar none all the products I buy I can easily get online but I loved going on Fridays after a long day at work and banter and get my stuff but now I have to look else where. Unfortunately most of the other employees dont really take the job seriously ( I know its a smoke shop but sometimes they ignore you and then just brush you off when you ask questions about prices and products) well I guess Ill just be going else where.

Got a vape that didnt work and asked for a swap and the manager got seriously aggressive for no reason. Poor judgement on the managers part has lost this location a customer. I have been here several times but if that guy is still there I will never go back. Be careful what you get before you leave and 100% make sure the product is working how its suppose to because they will not fix their mistakes. The reservation is a little farther but they treat me better over there for sure.
