I dont write reviews however Im writing this review as Im at the store waiting to pickup the car. Dont come here as they treat you with no respect, we came to change a tire that had a nail in it and surprisingly found a review that falls under the same scenario (what a coincidence). The bald guy with approximately three strands of hair on his head would raise his voice when he spoke with my mom. My mom spoke to him calmly and he responded in a rude and disrespectful manner and made it seem as if she couldnt understand what he was saying, so he had to talk to her as a child. His only responsibility is to comply with the customer, come to an agreement with them, do his job and then say have a nice day. It almost seems as if he was looking for a problem. You can tell he has serious anger issues, when he spoke he got louder and was typing more aggressively, he interrupted my mom more and more then said that she wouldnt let him speak. Hypocritical. He spoke with high pride and ego, most likely is a very unhappy man. If you are that man I doubt that you actually live a good life as I know you are rude and dont find joy in your job. Dont come here if you dont want the same to happen to you.
