        I just leased a new VW Jetta from Ethan and the experience was great! This is the second car I've leased from Riverhead Bay VW (after multiple other VWs purchased/leased at 2 other dealerships) and thanks to both the sales and service departments, I plan to remain a customer here and refer them in the future. Ethan was informative, efficient and enjoyable to work with - never feeling like the "typical" car salesman stereotype. He was able to get me the exact car I wanted for what I felt to be a reasonable deal, especially in this market. Thank you for all of your help!!

        After a horrible experience at VW in Smithtown.. I decided to go to Riverhead and I couldnt be happier that I did! Peter Pisciotto is a gem and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He was more than helpful and made my first brand new car purchase stress free! He is beyond knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly throughout the whole process.
