        Brought car in to Glendale, NY location for routine oil change on a Friday. The following day noticed strong oil smell and car acting strange. Took car in to personal mechanic a few days later and they documented car needed an oil change as oil had been displaced due to oil cap not being replaced.

        Robert was a true hero. Im waiting for the parts to arrive to have a known manufacturers issue resolved with the oil consumption issue in my car. The repair is scheduled for the next week. on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30 because the check oil level went off. I call the dealerwhod added 2 qts 2 weeks agothey suggest I add another quart as a precautionary measure. And off I go to Pep Boys on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30 and speak to Robert. Robert sees my worry and steps up to the plate. Robert takes me out to the car and walks me through adding a quart of oil. Shows me where the information on oil to buy, tells me where I can buy a quart of that oil, shows me how and then watches me try it to make sure I got it. 20 minutes later Im closing the hood with no oil spilled and a very relieved mind. Thanks Robert.

        The service department was very polite and helpful I appreciate the service and respect they gave me and my vehicle the mechanic was very understandable and respectful because I went for a wheel alignment after I had personally installed all the steering parts all new parts the alignment felt a tiny bit off he told me to drive my vehicle to allow everything to break in and loosen up and then bring it back to correct it he said because the steering was new and stiff I had to actually drive it so that it can loosen up and either that will correct the issue or I can bring it back so that he can correct it so thank you for the service and respect that the mechanic and the rest of the service department gave me
