In my experience - everyone was well greeting from security guard to teller and those that happens to walk by . Eventhough I dont have an account with them they helped me with changing some coins to bills . Smooth transaction

Very bad attention today I passed by there and it is the This is my second time because I wanted to open a bank account there but the way they treated me the first time didn't seem right to me. They said I had to make an appointment to open the account and today a woman asked me if I was a citizen, which bothered me because I don't think that's her job to verify that. In the end, I got out of there and better went to another place

It was the most horrible customer service I ever experienced. I went there to add my sister to my account, and they made us wait 35 minutes to tell us we needed an appointment. The manager was rude, and one of the bankers passed back and ignored us. Horrible service, and I will never go there again.

I only really use the ATM. Many homeless people and soliciting occurred after all chase employees left for the day but thankfully they added a security guard overnight and I feel safer. Only complaint is that ATM area is absolutely dirty!!! Their cleaning department should definitely clean there daily, not just the inside where employees stay. Also, please remove the scaffolding outside if its no longer necessary and clean your streets. Garbage in front of the bank and many people hanging out sit near your company windows & hide under the scaffolding day and night.
