My heat pump and thermostat were just fixed by a service technician who visited my house. I was satisfied with the technician's professionalism and competence as soon as he arrived. He found the problem right away and fixed it effectively. He replaced my thermostat with a new one after noticing that the old one wasn't working properly. The whole process was finished fairly quickly. I value the technician's openness; he answered all of my inquiries and detailed every step of the repair procedure.
