My experience with this practice was the worst I have ever had in a dental office. Dr Cuttler replaced a crown on the wrong tooth. I was charged $1270. When he admitted to crowning the wrong tooth, he never offered to do the right tooth or to reimburse me. Dr Moser stood by Dr. Cuttlers side and made me feel like I was the person at fault.

I was a patient of Dr. Mozer's for two years. He is personable, staff is polite, office is clean. I felt treated unfairly at times when I asked not to have a UV light procedure done because my insurance does not cover it. They performed the procedure anyway and charged me. Costumers are also asked to pay upfront with insurance reimbursement. This would not be a problem except I sometimes had to call and make sure the staff submitted the paperwork in a timely manner.

I have required several procedures beyond routine dental care and am very pleased with Dr Mozer's commitment to excellence as well as his keeping up with the latest technological advances in the field. Every member of the staff is professional and caring, providing excellent communication, detailed care, and attentive follow-up. They very patiently soothe my pre-procedure jitters, the office is spotless, and I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time.

Dr. Mozer is great. His work is top-notch, his manner is calm and engaging, his office is easy to get to and nice to be in even if you're just sitting in the chair. Plus he uses technology to make the experience more pleasant -- like a nice, quiet laser instead of a skull-rattling drill. Even his employees are nice. You can't do better than Dr. Mozer.
