        The man at the desk when I went in was very rude. He had us sit there for hours. They took my son in . I didn't get mine done for another hour or so. Now something is wrong with my taxes and they are of no assistance . They looked on wheres my refund ( something I'm capable of doing ) . The woman then told me that someone would call me back. They never did. It's been days. Smh. I've gotten my taxes done at HR block for over 10 years. I will never go again.
