IBS Septic & Drain Service

I had IBS come out to my house to unclog our sewer line. They used a camera to check for roots and brakes in the line. They resolved the issue. Victor was was kind and professional. Very informative. Highly recommend this company. Top notch!

We bought a home in Lake Lurzerne . At that time the seller told us that the septic was replaced five years ago. I had a bad feeling about what the seller was telling me, so i called IBS septic and drain service. They handled every problem the septic had . My family can not thank them enough. We had a backup over the weekend (late at night) and couldnt use the toilets. Eric showed up first thing in the morning, found the problem and solved the issue. We just purchased the house and are new to septic. We continued with IBS service since it was used by the prior owner. Glad we did. We highly recommend IBS, and thank Eric for his immediate response.

Called for emergency service on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. The company sent a very pleasant technician that was able to fix the issue the same day. I am very happy with the service and will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.
