I have been here at Forest Park for 3 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever about the management at the park. Tyler and Charlene are pleasant to talk to and will try to work with you if you talk to them about issues. My advice is to keep open communication about serious issues (ie: you might be a few days late on your rent. If it's not all the time, they'll work with you). I live on Briwood circle and don't have any trouble with my neighbors. I highly recommend moving in to this community.

The newer mobile homes are very nice! Lots are kept up with the newer homes. However the older homes should go. They are an eye sore not to mention mold incubators. The lots with the older homes are hideous looking as they have trash and clutter all around them. The older homes are fire hazards. Then theres the downfall of not making every person residing in a mobile home over 18 years of age get park approval. Once the main owner has park approval they move in whomever theyd like without the offices knowledge. You drive down one road and its beautiful then you drive down another and its like you hit scumville. I feel the whole park should look clean and tidy not just the newer homes.
