Made an appointment 1-2 weeks ago online for today at 2pm. I received a text and email to confirm my appointment. I confirmed it. I get one voicemail on Friday to verbally confirm at around 11:30. I called back and left a message at 3:00pm the same day because I was working. I didnt hear anything from them. I took a half day from my job to make the appointment. I walk in and they tell me I didnt call them back and they needed a verbal confirmation. I told them I left a voicemail at 3:00 to the same number she repeated back to me. I waited a few minutes for her to check with the doctor. She tells me he cannot take me because they never received my message. I have the proof on my phone to show I called. It was the biggest waste of my time. Now I need to take more time off from work to go to a different dentist. Never will I recommend or go back to this location or business!!
