Gore & Laney

My parents used to go to George Gore for 25 years before Mike Laney took over this firm. We had a good experience for the most part but the head office administrator. Samantha is so extremely rude that we are not going to give them any more business dont know why anyone would if they have dealt with her, apparently she doesnt know she is in the customer service business. The Gore & Laney team has always been there for me and my businesses - especially when we were starting out! They are experts in all things tax and truly care about our success. We are treated with respect and feel lucky that we have such a great accounting firm working for us.

This so called professional accounting company makes a mistake by sending my return to an inactive account and won't accept responsibility for their screw up. They had the nerve of blaming me for the fact that they didn't see that the bank account was closed 6 months prior and had no activity. I was told that she "assumed" I had the same account without confirming the account...THEIR MESS UP not me. Their principal called me back just to stand up for his incompetent subordinate and stood the ground that i should have let them know I changed banks because they cannot read quick books properly to tell from the chart of account , that the bank they sent my taxes to was inactive and has ZERO dollars in it. He then stated to me to never call them again ...like I would ever trust them, god only knows what else these idiots missed. Seriously do not use this firm as they will never admit their short comings and mistakes. Another accounting firm that has lost sight of those that helped them grow to big for their collective britches
