If you need medicaid transportation DO NOT USE Lighting Medical Transport!If you want to miss important appointments. Then you found the right company. This one!My favorite part was their gaslighting. If not for said gaslighting. I would not leave the review. And instead just never use them again. Being told bold face lies requires a reaction.They tried to tell me they had called to tell me they would not pick me up for my appointment a day before. I did have a conversation CONFIRMING my ride. When they didn't show up. They lied that I had been informed.I called MAS(In charge of Medicaid transport in NY) and they were still showing up as my ride. They told me that Lighting Medical Transport could have A) Called MAS and I would be assigned another transport provider. B) assigned another company straight from their computer system.AGAIN.... DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY Lighting Medical Transport!I liked that they were a small company. Now I know why they stayed small after 9 years in business. Nothing but bad reviews everywhere. Do your homework and check out companies before doing business with them. I didn't and got burned by this terrible Medicaid transport company.

Had two appointments on march 1 and lighting med never showed again. If you could rate them with no Stars I would have. No shows so many times I got dropped by my primary doctor. They should NOT be in this type of business. Good luck if you use them for a med cab. Called them they told me the driver was running behind. They never showed. I called back again and got NO answer.

Do not trust these people with your needs. They once didnt show up and left my mom (with dementia) at home instead of taking her to her adult group. And now they left her stranded at the doctors because she went to the wrong door. Instead of checking the other door or calling they just left her there. Absurd!

I would very highly advise NEVER using this service! I was I. The highway to Syracuse in my handicap van with 6 kids and their driver tailed my van in a 65 pushing me to going almost 90 if I slowed down she would get closer and closer almost hitting my bumper!!! She was driving like a maniac weaving in and out of cars. I would not trust them to drive even my worst enemy! If I could have given 0 stars or negative I would have! They were also reported to the local police!
