Junk It Mobile - Headquarters

My review has long been overdue. I made an appointment with Junk It Mobile Dumpsters five years ago when I was cleaning out my home. I was very happy with their service and price. It was less expensive than Royal Carting. Their dumpster is on wheels, which made it easy to maneuver onto my backyard, where all the debris was. We didn't have to haul everything to the front yard. Website misleading not located at address on website. Address located at 2500 south road is a auto business not this company.

The dispatchers and drivers for this company are excellent! They communicated with us well and were so understanding in helping with a family member clean out. Great price and company!

Wow!! Junkit Mobile Dumpsters REALLY saved the day: We got a couple of bids for a job from local dumpster companies, with Junkit as one of them. Being on a super tight budget, we actually took a pass on Junkit and went with a slightly cheaper company. (BTW, the folks at Junkit couldn't have been more gracious and understanding when I let them know I'd be going with a different company.) Well, you might guess what happened next: The cheapo company I went with was a No Show. So I am sitting on a job site with rented equipment, manpower, but no way to get the job done without a dumpster. Now bear in mind that this is a **holiday weekend**. So my goose was really cooked. With my tail between my legs, I went back to Junkit and asked if there was any way they could help me immediately. Not only were they kind enough to help me out of my situation, they pulled together a solution on the spot and got the dumpsters to me ASAP. It's surprising to find a company with such strong customer service that can pull off miracles. I'll be forever grateful for that. And - Ive learned my lesson: Moving forward, I will only be using Junkit for all of my dumpster needs.
