        I do not know how Patrick gets good reviews.  My husband and I met with him to discuss resolutions for our tax problems.  Patrick didn't seem interested in helping us. Said it would cost us $350 for each corporation and $175/hour thereafter.  He said we should just pay the $5000 fine.  He told us to do things on our own that we had no idea of how to do as we explained as to why we were meeting with him.  He made us feel stupid.  Not helpful at all!

        Met with him to see if he could help solve our tax problems. He told us to try to abate penalties on our own or pay just pay the penalties or he would charge us $350 intially per problem then $175/hour there after. Not helpful at all. What a waste of time.

        We reached out to Pat because we were confused on how to proceed with a tax amendment we believed we needed. Pat was able to quickly answer our question by Email with clarity and without requiring us to come in for services. He is clearly a very decent guy with a great understanding of taxes.
