        Do not call this company!!! I called just moment ago for a reviewing of an available rental on 67 S. Grand Ave and was discriminated against because I am a single person. The man I spoke with, said this home is too big for one person. This is not his job or business to tell me what is too big for me or not. I asked for a viewing and was berated by this individual. This is not his place to rule me out because of his own personal issues. He then proceeded to ask me to fill out an application prior to viewing. Which we all know is not protocol. Don't waste your time here. Look elsewhere.

      Hi Jennifer. After further investigation of your claim, there is no recollection of speaking with you in regards to 67 S Grand. Management interviewed all agents at Clarke Realty. It appears you may have reached out to someone not associated with this office. I'm am sorry you had that experience but I assure you, our office operates at the highest level of professionalism and we do not tolerate or practice discrimination of any kind. We also do not request customers to fill out an application prior to viewing one of our listings. Unfortunately the rental you wrote about had an accepted application at that time, but we do have other rental properties available. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so you can really receive the Clarke Realty experience. Thank you.
