        They are slippery and double talked us for three years . They stopped our buyer we were in contract with at the last minute who was going to restore our beautiful 1766 stone farmhouse that has been in our family for 130 years. We were working with him to make it into an artist retreat and an educational place to help young farmers get a foot up. They reassigned it to the next door Big Farma businessman .He has a price gouging theme park Stew Leonards like farm. We were lied to by this organization.

        I have watched what they did in Beacon, and Long Dock for many years. They have preserved water touched land from development and opened it to people. I walked there yesterday and saw fisherman, painters and picnickers enjoying our land and water The new tables and chairs are a wonderful new addition
