This deserves a clear response as it’s an insult to think you can come to our club and take money from our girls who work hard and pay taxes!We offer amateur nights for those who want to come, have fun, and try dancing on the stage under the lights. We invite all types, i.e. couples, girls' night out, bachelorettes, and maybe future potential dancers. We allow one, two, or even three sets depending on how busy we are at the time. It’s purely for fun and entertainment purposes only. Details of our "amateur nights" can be found on our website. This person came in under that pretense and signed the waiver stating so. That too, can be downloaded from our website. It clearly states they are not employees, and any tips received will be distributed among the employed dancers on shift since they are kind enough to share the stage with you. We have never had an issue, and guests are always thankful for the experience.When I arrived that evening, I saw a copy of this girl's ID (in poor condition) from Spain and the signed release form on the desk. I immediately had her come to the office and found she spoke NO English. I had to use Google Translate and ask her if she was a citizen, if she had a Visa, and if she was here legally. She stated 'NO!' I then attempted to explain to her that she could not continue to dance as it was illegal to be there doing so. All I got in return was a blank stare.I then went to see if any of the girls on shift spoke Spanish and while doing so, this girl grabbed her belongings and left before we even realized she was gone. So the truth of the matter here is, she took the cash tips that belonged to the employed dancers who again, were kind enough to share the stage. Yes, she slipped through the cracks even being allowed to sign up in the first place. However, it was caught within an hour and a half.She made out with cash tips she won’t pay taxes on and weren't hers to begin with. Any commissions for floor dances were distributed to the girls on shift in their paychecks the following week, because that’s how we roll! Piérdase!
