        Honestly , I believe the people working there pick and choose who they will allow to cash their checks. I went on two occasions and was told that the business has to be open to verify , which I understand. The second time I was told that checks cannot be signed. This is after coming the second time when the offices of the business is open. As a manager I would understand and do my best to accommodate anyone. I can tell this businesses suffers due to how poorly staff are trained. I will not recommend anyone to use any faculty in which common sense is not used. I was told to go to the bank , hello, if that was convenient I would have went a bank. The attitudes of the employees are the worst . For all of you around Poughkeepsie you know how this place is no need to say more.

      Hi Tianna,There are only two reasons we won't cash a check as per our company policy. -If we are unable to verify the check (after banking hours and weekends included, if applicable)-If the check is signed prior to being brought in, our tellers need to see the check be signed. This is to protect our business from the ever growing fraud problems we are faced with as a check cashing business. We apologize for any frustration but thank you for understanding why we have these policies in place, to protect our business.
