        Installation is great as many have noted. The issue is that once you need service be prepared to wait and then spend more because you were made to wait. The service crews come down from Albany so if you live in Westchester - be prepared to wait --- I am not sure if there is a more local operation to work with but it is worth researching before you take the plunge.

        Installation was excellent. Communication during the installation process was spotty. We initially had an excellent, detail-oriented project manager who went on family leave and then suddenly left the company. The replacement person was difficult to reach and multiple emails bounced. After some effort I reached the support department and got the help I needed. Overall Im happy with the engagement. Service: Installation
