This is my second visit to wellness & skincare and I couldn't be happier with the results from the microderm facial I received. The receptionist and Amrita are both very welcoming and helpful. My facial was extremely relaxing and gave me an amazing glow.

I was slightly skeptical walking in considering the suit had temporarily switched over to the suit across the hall due to reconstruction; however, to my surprise, everything was still beautifully accommodated, and so much more. I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist, who happily answered all my questions in a format that I could understand. I came in with a Groupon for two anti-aging facials, which was about to expire in a week. I used one today, but did not have time on my schedule to use the second one prior to the expiration date. The receptionist was kind enough to put my second facial in the computer system, which I can redeem at any time. My aesthetician was Amrita. She exhibited a beautiful soul and made me feel completely comfortable. She answered all my questions and concerns prior to the facial and communicated just enough to for us to bond on a trusting level. After that, she allowed me to relax and nearly put me to sleep with her gentle finger dexterity. After the facial and hearing my concerns, she informed me on future treatments that would target my needs and offered to set appointments on the spot that would included upcoming promotions. I highly recommend Wellness and Skin Care Medical Spa in Poughkeepsie. I am not familiar with the other branch; however, despite a slight offset today with the environment, I was fully satisfied and will definitely make a near future appointment.
