        Great experience at Route 9 Mazda! First - I was walked through the booking process with Hayley. I expressed interested in a new Mazda and she was more than happy to get me in for a first look and test drive. She made booking super easy and introduced me to the nicest staff and excellent salesman, Andrew. She even picked suggested a few models for me to consider. Thanks! Upon arrival, Andrew greeted me with a smile and had a vehicle ready within just a few minutes. He answered all my questions and was happy to assist me the entire time. I loved his personality and non-pushy tactics. Really enjoyed working with him! Next, I test drove both a CX50 & CX5. I ended up loving the CX5 a little better and am now planning on making this my next goal car. Thank you route 9 Mazda for making this a fun experience in learning about new vehicles!

        We recently stopped in to Route 9 Mazda to look at options of purchasing either a certified pre-owned CX-5 or a purchasing a new CX-5. We were quickly welcomed into the dealership by Andrew who we quickly hit it off with. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, not pushy. We spent a few days going back and forth with Andrew and the finance department for different options on financing. After a few days, we decided on purchasing a new 2024 CX-5 and now that weve had it for a few days, we absolutely love it. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Route 9 Mazda and if you get to work with Andrew I promise you complete satisfaction. An added bonus to working with Andrew is his incredible artistic ability to draw you your favorite car within the timeframe you take a car for a test drive.
