Downstairs store; eyebrows came out fine and wanted to try tinting, but was told they close at 7 and it was 645ish. Hours on here are listed as 8 oclock, when the entire mall closes. It was weird when she turned away another customer and told her she might be able to be helped at the upstairs one.. but proceeded to take another customer who came AFTER the previous one she just said that to when it was 7. Told me the total and asked how much I was putting on my card and after I repeated the total, said no how much for tip with an attitude. I told her the tip would be cash. I wish I could give 0 star. I went there yesterday for my leg waxing. The lady said it will take 30 minutes, I was waiting for her and then I got to know she booked another appointment with some one else. Also, the rate chart shows $30 for full leg waxing , and she was Charu g $40. If it was $40, why didnt they update? I came back, and saved my money and time , but it was a terrible experience. She should have told me before. The bottom line is they are very unprofessional.

Omg I went there to get my eyebrows done and she was so rough that she left a cut on my eyebrows and the lady just has a bad attitude never going back there dont recommend it
