Donna is incredible. She delivered exactly what I asked for on the day of our wedding, and even made me a prototype of my bouquet at no charge so I could review it prior to the day-of. Incredibly talented, the exact look I was going for (and I can be a rather hard-to-please perfectionist!) I highly recommend her!

Do Not use these people if you ever cared for who you want flowers to go to! * never answer the phone *voice mail always filled *never opened *orders not filled I had attempted to call this women to place an order for a Funeral of a 50 year plus friends mother. The funeral was three days away(plenty of time) and the Funeral Home was located in walking distance of the Floral Shop. The phone was never answered and I kept getting voicemail filled. I was forced to use the order form online. I placed the order and the end of the order it stated that I was to expect an email confirmation. Keep in mind the order form had my email and cell number. After two days I never received the email confirmation and I kept calling and getting the voice mail filled. I saw that my credit card was charged so I felt a little better. I still thought the flowers would be delivered I later found out the flower arrangement never was received and I had a duplicate charge on my credit card but no flowers . Again, I went there in person to inquire . Not opened. I looked at my card again and the charges were off miraculously . I only wish I had a screen shot. No calls, no email ,no apologies to this day. If she could not fulfill the order and she called or emailed I would have had time to make other plans. This women can not run a business. This also caused much embarrassment for my family,as we wanted to express our condolences with flowers.

First time customer. Ordered and they made a next day delivery, which was awesome since the delivery address was outside their local delivery area. Flowers looked perfect! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Donna provided all of our floral needs for our wedding Poughkeepsie and did an AMAZING job. Everything looked absolutely stunning and I received multiple compliments from so many guests raving about how gorgeous everything looked. She is very affordable and provides great quality. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch but I was Also planning from 2000 miles away and she is a very highly sought after woman so be patient, its worth it!
