The shop is nice, lot of choice, workers are nice and helpful. Huge issue: the safety when I was coming out of the shop, they put their piercing station there, always crowded, people refused to move, last Monday girl yelled at me and wanted to get into a fight. Some I educated rought people and I feel for the safety of the workers and young kids/teenagers going there. This happened to us 2nd time. I will skip this shop from now.

I came in with a list of items needed for holiday gifts not knowing what I really was buying. The girl who helped me (seemed like the manager) was awesome and helped me get what I needed and was very pleasant. Overall it was a great shopping experience for someone who doesnt usually enjoy the mall.

Wow I can't believe they treat their employees like that!!! Went to the Clair's in the mall. It felt 120 in there. I'm surprised they are working. I'd walk. To bad you know they won't see any appreciation. Sad how corporate runs America.
