        Bathroom is a bit small, rooms are OK otherwise - bed and pillows were comfortable. I am a diamond member and did not get an upgrade - asked for it and all I got was a nod of the head (lol) and was handed a form showing $75 charge for bringing along a small dog. In support of the lady at the front desk, this was at ~9 PM on a Friday night so maybe she was tired for any pleasantries. Anyhow, this was OK for a last minute booking I suppose.

        Super clean!! Great service & breakfast was good. They have a huge selection of items in the morning. Breakfast staff was friendly and so was the front desk staff. Beds were comfy too. Only thing was the very strong smell in the elevator...they may have just been oiled or cleaned or whatever they do to them. Just had a strong oil smell that made you want to hold your breath. Great location & right beside Starbucks!! Win!

        ZERO STARS. The manager Peter and the GM Hans need to be fired!!! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life! Charged me 1800 instead of 900. Told me I can leave MULTIPLE times for THEIR mistakes. Rude. Incompetent. Dismissive. Charged the wrong card 3 times!! Overdrafted my account twice and then told me I can leave ! THE WORST. Refused to communicate with me. Hung up multiple times. I called the front desk and asked the manager to have the GM call me. He said if I dont like the arrangement I can leave. It wasnt about an arrangement. It was about them charging and overdrafting my account TWICE after telling me they deleted the card information. Had to lose my temper way too many times. And even when super calm, I was disrespected. Dont understand what these people want from me!! Youd be upset after spending 15,000 dollars in ONE YEAR at a location and being treated like youre being unreasonable when you ask simple questions. You took 1800 dollars from me in one day. Unacceptable!!!! STAY AT MARRIOTT THEY ARE SAINTS! Brining this to the front of the reviews again!
