This office made a bridge for me. The bridge has a gap space at the top and did not cover my back anchor tooth entirely. Now I am facing root canal or possibly another loss tooth from decay, and this could lead to implants, removable bridge, or another bridge. If done correctly the first time I wouldn't be dealing with these dental issues.

Called to asked if they had emergency services and lady hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

on top of doing an unnecessary root canal, the dentist put a cap on crooked..I will never go to this dentist again!

NO Stars if able to. Dr.runswe is very unprofessional and an out right liar. Do not work for this lady, she will Not pay you what she promises! She Leaves her office randomly throughout the day while patients in her chairs unaware she is even gone. She will have her assistant "keep them occupied ". She will close down office and Cancel appointments to fit her schedule . I would never recommend her!

Dr Runsewe seemed like a delightful person and a great dentist.  However as countless other reviewers have warned, her office is engaged in improper billing practices that are potentially devastating to families.    Therefore I feel obligated to post (another) warning  to others. If you choose to disregard the many cautionary reviews and choose to come to this office anyway then you will need to very carefully protect yourself against the risk of improper billing practices.     -Keep evidence at every step. Whether you have insurance or not, I urge you to get the pricing for your treatment up front IN WRITING.  Be totally clear that you need to know the maximum total amount you will owe if the insurance company pays *nothing*.  Get it in writing.   -Be totally clear that you are *only consenting to treatment at that agreed upon price with the understanding that, while patient responsibility may vary depending on the insurance contribution the  TOTAL BILLED AMOUNT TOWARDS WHICH PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE IS KNOWN and not variable                         **Record yourself saying this to them***.  "I DO NOT AGREE TO THIS  SERVICE / TREATMENT AT A PRICE GREATER THAN THIS AMOUNT and MY PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE PAYMENTS WILL BE APPLIED AGAINST THIS TOTAL AMOUNT."   Be prepared for the possibility that even  if you do all that, as i have done.  And even while you pay towards that amount in good faith, they might suddenly retroactively add 1200 to the cost of the same service.   This happened to me.   They tried to pretend that insurance was the variable IT WAS NOT . They literally changed the price they were charging for the service.  It felt predatory.   and shameless.      I made clear that I would make good faith payments up to the amount in dispute and they pretended to understand and then still overcharged my debit card  for those services by over $600 ....then still claimed I owed another thousand.   Shameless. Even with a law degree and oodles of documentation they  tried to defend their misconduct with a straight face.  We called the insurance in their office and insurance backed me up.  Shameless. I am sad to have to keep looking for a trustworthy dentist as I really liked Dr Runsewe, but I will not return to this place and will leave this review until I get a refund and an assurance that future patients will not suffer similar improper billing practices.
