Retained Andre Sedlak due to a speeding incident in upstate NY. His team was very helpful, informative and handled my situation professionally and quickly. I ended up getting away with a 0-point violation fine that I had to pay to the state of New York. Which, I couldn't complain compared to what the possible verdict that could've outcome to! Was traveling past Poughkeepsie in winter 2021. Despite driving my dads old van & other vehicles going way faster than me on the left lane, I was pulled over twice for speeding 14 mph over the limit. Due to the two consecutive unconscionable stops, me and my passenger was under the impression that we were profiled.
After speaking to 3 lawyers on the phone, I found Mr. Sedlak to be the most confident with my situation. I was facing 8 points and he reduced it to 2 points. Overall, I was pleased with the result.
