In terms of products I give it about 5 stars but the painting and trimming area damaged my hair, they did what I didn't ask for, I left the store crying and I also paid and I said it, it damaged my hair

I went in on 3/8 for a multi tonal and more importantly my roots needed to be blended, as they were grey. The girl although very sweet my hair was a huge disappointment. There is a line of demarcation the grey is still visible and my hair looks almost rose gold and there is no multi tonal in it. She could have told me to just do a root touch up and be done but not only did she charge me for the multi tonal she did a moisturizing treatment that just added on to the price. I dont mind paying but when my hair doesnt look any different or like something has been done its very frustrating. I tried calling on the weekend and they must have been busy no one answered.

1st of all no prices 2nd no help 3rd not a place you need to go we found what we wanted in shop rite. lol alot less than most stores.
